Yvonne Thomas

Yvonne Thomas has served in many positions in the real estate industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the operations, training, and property management side of residential real estate, she brings a wealth of real-world application to the classroom. Yvonne holds a license in GA as a sales professional and as a certified real estate instructor. In her career she has served as the Training Director for the largest brokerage in the Southeast, launched a Realogy Franchise in Canada, and launched a real estate school for a regional brokerage. Yvonne is passionate about building teams, cultivating her staff with knowledge and excitement. She is a firm believer in the Capitus Mission Statement and brings that mindset to her classroom and students. Yvonne is the proud mother of an Adult Georgia State student, completing an interdisciplinary degree in Theatre Arts and Gender/Race Studies. In her free time, Yvonne enjoys taking her 20-foot teardrop camper on road trips with her two dogs. Yvonne speaks Dutch and German fluently, as she moved from The Netherlands to the United States in 1991.

Monica Gilroy

Monica K. Gilroy, a founding principal of Gilroy Bailey Trumble, is the firm managing partner and has over 20 years of experience practicing law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In addition, Ms. Gilroy attended the Ealing College of Higher Education in a study abroad program. Ms. Gilroy leads the Litigation Department as the focus of her national litigation practice includes all aspects of real estate litigation, including foreclosure and title disputes, broker and agent liability defense, mortgage fraud-related litigation and civil and commercial contract disputes. She also leads the Default Department providing national foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation and eviction services.

Chris Burell

Christopher "Chris" Burell serves as the Managing Broker and Chief Motivation Office at Ansley Atlanta Real Estate. Mr. Burell has had a successful track record in helping agents and real estate staff grow their businesses and provide ongoing motivation and vision to them. Prior to joining Ansley Atlanta, Chris served as the Vice President and Managing Broker of The Intown Office of Harry Norman, REALTORS® (HNR). Mr. Burell started his real estate career with HNR in 2005 as a sales associate in the Intown Office, later serving in the roles of real estate instructor and company recruiter, and then serving as Director of Career Services until being named a Managing Broker. Chris' diverse experience and skill sets make him a real asset to both Ansley Atlanta and the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.   2. Buyer's apartment valuations should use the audited NOI & accepted CAP rate to appraisal standards to value property.

Practice makes perfect... If you’ve completed your salesperson Pre-license course, Capitus offers a 2-day weekend "super" CRAM course on a monthly basis. This challenging weekend review is designed to assist you in passing the school or state exams. Veteran real estate educators will guide you through a series of lectures, practice tests and Q&As to enhance your knowledge in areas that you find difficult. Over the 2 days, you'll be given numerous quizzes on all the topics that make up the Salesperson Prelicense course. The instructor will review the questions and answers and provide you an opportunity to discuss critical content that you may not understand.

This course is optional for Salesperson students but you are strongly advised to take advantage of this opportunity, designed to push you over the top on your school and state exams. Cram Course classes frequently fill up early and pre-registration is required.

Ennis Antoine is a leader and professional REALTOR® who combines his passion for the real estate industry with his unrelenting commitment to continuing education and the REALTOR® organization. Ennis started his career in 1985 in New Orleans, Louisiana, before transferring to Atlanta, Georgia as an associate broker with Better Homes in Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. Today, Ennis is the Team Leader for his office of over 232 agents. Ennis is a certified real estate instructor, teaching the 75 hour sales pre-license course and post license courses to new agents across the state of Georgia. He has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is Quality Service Certified (QSC). Ennis is currently serving as the 2015 President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the largest REALTOR® association in Georgia with over 10,000 members.
